Introduction

Kidz Cabin was formed in 2008 by 3 friends (Datin Zarida Kamal, Puan Fatimah Atan and Wan Syakirah Anas) located in Ukay Heights, Ampang, has proven itself to be a successful and reliable early education centre for over 14 years.

It has been successfully nurturing and educating children with a team of dedicated and experienced teachers. Children will be encouraged to learn through play in a constructive manner while simultaneously acquiring the skills they need to grow. The school provides education in the basics of life; all within a happy, caring and safe environment. This programme incorporates a child’s social, emotional, spiritual and physical development as its highest priority, enabling them to enter a more formal primary school upon graduating from the establishment.

Kidz Cabin opens for children aged 3 to 6 years old. Our programme encourages the development of mind, body and soul through various hands-on and cross co-ordination activities. Medium of instruction is in English language and the programme uses a multi-sensory approach which serves the following: –

• Address the early learning needs of young children
• Provide opportunity to enhance their language, mathematical concepts, nature discovery (science), and problem-solving skills through play
• Enhance children’s gross motor skills, social skills, co-ordination and creativity through fun tasks
• Role-play, arts and crafts activities, songs and rhymes adding further fun to the whole new experience of learning
• Develop and enhance their positive traits of self-confidence, self-awareness, self-discipline and self-esteem through their natural abilities
• Encourage the love of learning at a young age

Play is a universal language for children. Through play, they learn to construct knowledge, develop consciousness of self and others, and able to handle their emotions. For a child to be interested in learning, he must find it relevant to everyday life, not just confined to the classroom. Based on this principle, our approach involves various aspects of development into each activity for a more meaningful learning experience. Kidz Cabin also offers a wide variety of books written by the founders, that we use in our classes, with simple activities that allow your children to learn easily.
