Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- To perform the role of a teacher as per assigned class/level/programme type
- To assist in the implementation of all programmes in the Centre as required by the Principal
- To ensure effective implementation of the Montessori curriculum
- To ensure materials/resources/teaching aids are ready for all lessons
- To ensure children are supervised at all times.
- To observe children and make notes of progress on prescribed templates
- To supervise and mentor Teaching Assistants and Rovers
- To review and maintain hygiene, health, safety, supervision and security standards for assigned environments as stipulated in the internal audit system
- To develop daily activities plan
- To prepare monthly lesson plans in a timely manner
- To prepare and submit all progress reports
- To conduct teachers’ parent meetings
- To engage parents as per directives from the senior management staff
- To assist in center’s and company’s related events and functions
Secondary Responsibilities
- Any other duties assigned by the canter’s senior management staff
Job Requirements
- Kursus Asuhan PERMATA (KAP)
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education/Montessori
- First Aid Training
- Food Handler (optional)
Salary Range
RM1,800 - RM3,000
