Job Description

• To teach children between 3-6 years old as the class and subject teacher.
• To have and utilise knowledge, experiences and enthusiasm in Montessori learning approach or equivalent.
• To have effective working relationships with the Principal and Teachers.
• To work with Principal and establish daily creative teaching methods, weekly, monthly/yearly events across the school.
• To facilitate the long-term structured and systematic programme, curriculum, policies and processes using resources available/provided.
• To be responsible for overall programme and projects for the school.
• To ensure events/projects are properly organized and communicated well to all parties in advance.
• To ensure all monitoring and evaluation requirements of children are fulfilled by teachers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Education or equivalent.
• Candidate with at least 2 years relevant experience in preschool teaching.
• Strong knowledge of educational techniques and methods for teaching young children.
• Patient and supportive approach to the learning processes.
• Enthusiastic, encouraging and a team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Moderate IT literate. Able to use Microsoft Office and have a knowledge on Online Classes.
• Fast learner and can adapt with multi-tasking environment.
• Good working attitude, hardworking and understand the culture of preschool.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to Seri Kembangan.
