Job Description

READING TEACHER / FACILITATOR :
• Facilitating and teaching the learners in the programmed offered by the centre such as follow education guideline and S.O.P.
• Facilitating other programmed offered by the centre such as beyond preschool, Little Qari, school day programmed and other as per instruction by the company.
• Preparation for reading session, assist practical solat, daily record of children reading and iqra performance in the reading and iqra individual children record and notification of the progress in the children starter word book and iqra book (write date and small note), maintenance of company property and other.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the class/ reading area and the centre as a whole.
• Provide a warm and happy atmosphere for learning process and enhance child development.
• Ensure the safety of the children such as monitoring children in the classroom or in the other part of the school.
• Arrival and dismissal duty
• Facilitating the need and requirement of other programs offer by the centre example Beyond preschool program, little Qari and other.

Weekly task:
• Update reading and iqra chart
• Conduct assembly
• Assisting CME with report if any.

As and when required:
• Prepare report card and meet up with parent
• Marketing and promotion such as distribution of flyers, hanging banner and bunting, participate in exhibition, answering inquiries and others
• Event management such as organizing sport day, graduation day, Student Parent Activity, preparing custom and coaching children for an event example graduation day.
• Other job scopes which the school feels necessary according to the staff employment handbook, Standard Operation Procedure and other task as when required by the Company.
• Perform any other job / function that may be assigned to you accordingly.

Job Requirements

READING TEACHER / FACILITATOR :
Muslim, minimum requirement SPM, Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education will be an advantage, fluent and able to give instruction in English, with or without experience (experience in teaching will be an advantage),loves children, patience and hardworking, able to give full commitment, willing to learn new thing, passionate, creative, willing to go for training.
