Job Description

• Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children, ensuring appropriate standards of safety and hygiene and encouraging the social, physical, emotional and educational development of the children.
• Plan and organize daily activities and be responsible for the daily care of children in the school.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching & learning materials/tools.
• Responsible of daily operations of the classroom and/or after-school care and be in charge of all related administration work.
• Responsible for daycare duties on duty roster basis.
• Provide regular updates to parents on children's progress and activities at school.
• Maintain records and keep track of children's progress.
• Prepare progress reports and conduct parent-teacher conferences.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating activities or third party programs and extra-curricular activities such as school trips and events.
• Be responsible and positive in order to motivate children through play and learning, being particularly aware of individual children’s needs.
• Maintain a prepared classroom environment including periodic sanitization of materials, toys and shelves.

Job Requirements

• Passionate in working with young children.
• Patient, creative, resourceful, initiated and a team player.
• Good command of English.
• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience.
