Job Description

• Develop and manage daily lessons/activities, including all aspects of classroom management and routine care-giving duties to ensure safety and well-being of the children.
• Create and maintain an inviting, caring and nurturing working and learning environment.
• Active involvement in school special events/activities
• Observe and assess students’ performance and prepare progress reports
• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing communication and rapport with children and their families.
• Cooperate and work closely with administration staff
• Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Education / Psychology.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• At least 1.5 -2 years of experience in teaching young children.
• Good communication skills with all levels of people
• Patient, flexible, enthusiastic, creative, caring and nurturing attitude towards children
• Able to work well independently and is a team player
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for practicum or management trainees
